Best Roof Company is comprised of the owner/field supervisor: Matt Maynard who is a licensed roofing contractor for the state of Florida. Matt has been in the roofing business full time since 1998. The co-owner is Kellie Maynard, and she is involved in sales/office. Kellie has worked in customer service since 2005, so it was only fitting that she use her skills in that side of the business. The most important part of our business is our team of skilled roofers. Each member of our team is carefully selected, trained, and supervised by the owner. Most of our team has worked for us for over 3 years. Due to our hands-on approach, we are able to offer top-quality workmanship at the best value price. Our Process – “The Best Roof Experience”
- Contact us for a free estimate via phone, website, or email
- We will arrive at scheduled time of appointment
- We provide you with a written proposal, and give a thorough explanation of proposal and method
- We will meet with you to sign paperwork, pick out colors, and discuss an approximate start date
- We obtain proper building permits for your project
- We show up on time to start building
- We tear off the existing roofing materials
- We inspect all sheathing and replace any deficient product as needed.
- Please note, any deficient sheathing is replaced at an additional cost per our wood price list
- We will not “price gouge” for wood like many other companies – our pricing is fair!
- We re-nail all existing sheathing using ring shank nails
- We install all underlayments
- We inspect existing flashings and replace as needed
- We install the new starter strip and shingles
- We install the ventilation
- We install the matching ridge cap shingles
- Crew cleans up all debris and runs a nail magnet around property
- Company owner performs a final inspection of the roof, and performs a magnet sweep of the property
- Company owner meets with you to collect payment
